Tops - Based on how qualified the customer is, we then decide whether to present upsell or not
Poor - When a client asks about additional services we offer it
Disastrous - Upselling is too hard, as I don't want to risk losing the sales

Absolute Gold - 90% of all enquires become long term customers
Tops - For the amount of experience and training they have, my team do well, but it would be great if the conversion was higher
Poor - One of my team do OK, it's the majority of the others that struggle
Disastrous - I'm seeing $$$ walk out of the door everyday which is costing me money
Top priority - I have implemented a Pro-Active Referral Strategy where my team achieve a minimum of 3 pre-qualified names and mobile numbers per sale... this is keeping my marketing spend down and increase my conversion rate
A great idea - would love to have a Tried and Proven Referral Strategy in place, my team is occasionally pro-active in obtaining referrals
We need help - I know some businesses work their referral strategies really well, I just have't been able to make it work like I would like it to. Some times my clients refer their friends etc... but I understand that's reactive
It doesn't Always Work - I've tried it all and it just seems too pushy to ask for referrals. They'll tell their friends when they ready!
