1.      Tell us a little about what you do...

I am Arbonne consultant and I help people have radiant, healthy looking skin. I also show people how they can earn additional income to grow their wealth and flourish in life.

2.      What made you get started at the NSA?

I really had no idea on how to market what I do in a way where it's focused on the other person so it"s not based on selling. I never wanted to sound like a sales person and the NSA gave me the confidence that I can be a sales person that is focused on helping people make their own decision to buy. I wanted to focus on relationship selling.

3.      How are you finding the program?

Fantastic!!! Enlightening, love the practical element and how the presenters tailor the content to your individual business.

4.      What is one thing which you have implemented already? What success has resulted from the implementation?

I have implemented DISC  theory which looks at understanding behavioural types. It has enabled me to be better equipped to build rapport and I’m no longer intimidated by the Direct behaviour type. It is also very easy and quick to apply in every situation which has allowed me to be able to build more rapport and book more chats!

5.      What are you hoping to be able to achieve after completing the Sales Mastery program?

Obtain a clear understanding of the sales process and what to do and say at the appropriate time while making it enticing to the person I’m presenting to. Also I hope to increase my confidence when communicating with all different types of people. 

6.      Would you recommend the Sales Mastery Program to any of your friends?

Definitely! It’s the type of thing that can help in your personal life as well as your professional life in helping businesses who need to sell. Can’t wait to share it with my team.
