1.       Tell us a little about what you do?

I am currently working for Neverfail Springwater as a Campaign Sales Agent in the outbound sales team, making cold calls to potential clients.

2.       What made you get started at the NSA?

I first learnt about the NSA at the Franchising expo in Darling Harbour, where I met Annie who was a very positive and friendly young lady and she provided me with all the information about the academy. I then entered the NSA competition to win a Scholarship in the Sales Mastery program. Annie delivered the fantastic news, which really made my day as I knew this course was the right way for me to move forward and gain valuable skills to progress my career in my current, and future role.

3.       How are you finding the program?

I am really enjoying the program. It is very full on and it teaches you a lot of useful information. The presenters, Sandi and Petar, have been fantastic and can relate the material they are teaching to any product in any sales field.

4.       What is one thing that you have implemented already and what success has resulted from implementation?

I have been using the IF strategy and this has been a great strategy to use, as once this question is asked it is so powerful in getting the prospect to think about their situation. Using this strategy I have closed a sale already and am looking forward to using a lot more strategies from the course.

5.       What are you hoping to be able to achieve after completing the sales mastery program?

After successful completion I am hoping to increase my sales and moving into a Business Development position within Coca Cola Amatil.

6.       Would you recommend the NSA Sales Mastery program to your friends?

I definitely would, even if they weren’t in sales at the moment because the skills taught in the program can be used in everyday life. What they learn may prompt them to pursue a career in sales, which is, after all, the highest paid professionals in the world!
