What's in a Smile? More Sales
Smiling does so much, and yet doesn't cost a thing!

Here are 3 immediate uses:

1.      Smile When You Answer The Phone
People will always try to get a picture of you when they talk to you on the phone. If you are smiling, you will come across as someone that is happy, positive and enthusiastic. You are more likely to sound as though you will be interested in what they have to say.

2.      Smile When You Meet Someone
It takes two to five seconds to make a good first impression. Your smile tells them that you are pleased to see them, and not just going through the motions. People enjoy being with happy people much more than grumpy ones!

3.      Smile During The Sales Process
A genuine smile and a little nod during the sales process will help reinforce that they are making a good decision. If it is linked to a test close, then they will start to agree with you every time that you start to nod and smile, if you are in strong rapport with them.
