Franchise Success
Wednesday 16th Jul 2008
Vision Personal Training opened their first studio in Caringbah, Sydney in February 2001 to revloutionise the fitness industry. Their goal was to provide a product that delivers a truly comprehensive approach to weight loss, health and fitness that is sustainable for the long term. The success of the first studio has seen 25 studios franchised, and another 9 franchises to be opened within the next couple of months. The skills learnt at the NSA has catapulted this franchise to excel beyond all dreams!
Scott Capelin, one of the Vision franchisee owners has 3 studios located in Bondi Junction, Crows Nest and Norwest and is working towards opening his fourth studio in North Sydney in the near future. Scott's relationship with the NSA goes back 6 years where he had organised training days to improve his sales system and train his staff in how to deal with customers to get the most out of every sale. When Scott was offered the opportunity to complete the Sales Mastery Program at the NSA he jumped on board with enthusiasm as he knew the investment would pay for itself in no time. Only half way through the course the results have been nothing but impressive. Scott has seen his enquiry to initial consultations conversion rate increase from 30% to 60%. The NSA Sales Mastery Program has helped him to restructure his price structure to improve the average dollar spend per customer. This has seen his weekly rate of $80 on a $2000 contract over 6 months increase to $200 per week on a $10000 contract over 12 months. This has seen his income grow noticeably over the last couple of months and has allowed his business to have fewer customers that are more valuable, resulting in a business that is more profitable and easier to run.
The NSA specialises in implementing a systemised sales process for the franchise model and has seen not only helped the Vision Personal Training franchise reach new heights, but work with other franchises such as Mazda, Mailpost and Telcoinabox to help them set themselves ahead of their industries.
