According to a survey by the Australian Institute of Management, which surveyed 779 companies, 60.9% of large companies' employees resign in order to pursue better careers opportunities. Matt Drian Manager of the Australian Institute of Management said this trend has emphasized the need for companies to provide existing staff members with sufficient prospects for training and further education.
