Congratulations to our most recent Mastery Graduates

Two and a half months may seem like a long and tedious time for some, but our August Mastery students can safely agree that the time and dedication put into the course has been well worth it. Only a few weeks after the course completion, we are hearing some amazing success stories, and the results are astounding! Due to their steadfast dedication and enthusiasm, many of them are already reaping the rewards.

One of our students, Tom Fry, couldn’t wait to tell us all about how he went after he took the skills and implemented them into his role as a sales manager at Telcoinabox.

“I saw immediate results in the way I was able to understand and communicate with my clients, and as we progressed through the course week by week, I found myself saying things and trying things with them without really even knowing I was doing it! When the prospects reacted positively to this, it proved to me not only how vital the information you had given me was, but also that I was able to use it without it feeling uncomfortable or unnatural.

I must admit that I was sceptical before I came along, in my mind I had thoughts of a group of pushy, smarmy salespeople being taught ‘techniques’ and ‘tactics’ that just wouldn’t sit with my way of dealing with people. I could never have imagined that the course would be so well created and presented that everyone attending could learn and improve so much in just 7 weeks! My fears of it ‘not being for me’ were totally unfounded, I loved the people-centric nature of the course, learning how people think, feel and are motivated, learning how to ask the right questions to find out their true wants and needs and then helping them achieve those needs. When my manager booked me on to the course and told me I had to give up Monday and Wednesday nights as well as all day Saturday for 7 weeks I nearly punched him in the face and broke down in tears! However, by the end of the course I was gutted it was over!
