It was about 3 years ago that NSA's very own Petar Lackovic, was lucky enough to meet an extremely friendly, enthusiastic business man named Terry Dewing at a Conference Petar was presenting at in the Gold Coast. Terry is also more commonly known by the NSA Team as the 'Implementation King", as Terry loves implementing all communication and sales skills learnt into his business almost instantaneously.

Sullivan Dewing are best described as business builders, assisting small to medium sized businesses succeed at growing their business. As qualified chartered accountants they take an active part in making sure their clients achieve the growth their businesses deserve and are dedicated to helping businesses build more profit, increase cash flow, while ensuring their clients don’t pay anymore tax than what they have to. This ultimately allows them to help their clients create their wealth outside their businesses.

The NSA has been sharing its Communications Training with Sullivan Dewing for the past 3 years and have enjoyed the opportunity to open their eyes even wider in being able to better understand how to interact internally with their team as well as externally with their clients. Through implementing the power of DISC (a behavioral analysis system), internally Sullivan Dewing have freed up valuable time and become more productive in the workplace. Being able to identify the different behavior types allows the right tasks to be allocated to the right person. "Staff retention is great!" says Terry. "We have streamlined processes to fit in with the different behaviour types. It’s just so simple, as all it comes down to is learning to understand the people your dealing with. You then acknowledge the task at hand and present to the Team Members Behaviour." Sullivan Dewing is now confident that the right person will receive the right project and as a result will always achieve the best results for their clients.
