My graphic design business has been entirely referral based for nearly 17 years, so when we signed on as the first franchisee of ProGrafica, the idea of entering into a world driven by sales and revenue targets and prospecting was more than a little daunting for me. I didn't have a picture of the selling process actually being enjoyable so even though determined, I was bracing myself.
Lucky for me, part of the process of signing on as a ProGrafica franchisee meant I was required to attend the Sales Mastery Program at NSA.
I am extremely happy to report that attending the Program has completely turned my fear and trepidation around and transformed it into excitement and focus. Over the past six weeks, the incredibly energetic and dynamic presenters at NSA have introduced me to a remarkable set of tools and skills, strategies and templates that I'm sure will absolutely fast-track the success of my new business venture.
As a matter of fact, I can see now that had I launched into my new venture without developing the skills I have learned during Sales Mastery, I probably would have been not only floundering in sales, but also in basic business and leadership principles as well.
My confidence levels are sky high and for that, I am extremely grateful to NSA and their wonderfully supportive staff.
Our selling cycle starts early in the New Year. I can't wait to just do it!!

I have found by implementing the NSA techniques, my sales have had a superior result. My understanding of how people behave has dramatically changed, I no longer make the mistakes I used to when talking to different cleints. I can see the positive change which has evolved from understanding and implementing the DISC behaviour model with the people around me. The techniques to build rapport have been easy to apply and also great fun! I have been able to now build rapport with clients I could never understand or could not find common ground with. I've used closing techniques, such as the big picture presentation, which I have had enormous success with, receving positive and immediate responses.
