Scott has come to us with over 20 years of full time sales experience. With 11 years in real estate and 12 years in information technology in both Sydney and Brisbane, Scott gained respect.

Scott spent
four years working for two of the larger independent real estate agents in the northern and hills districts of Sydney gaining experience in all aspects of residential real estate. In October 2004, he became the sole owner of Ray White Redland Bay
.

In 2006, saw him set new goals and accept a position with Elders Limited as the State Franchise Manager based in Sydney. This time was spent in coaching and developing over 45 existing offices in NSW and training new and experienced staff all over the country. It was because of this new role that Scott chose to invest in increasing his presentation and training skills by undergoing the NSA’s Presentation Mastery program which gives participants the skills to;

·          Plan presentations and ensure delivery is timed to perfection so your audiences are satisfied and want more

·          Reduce nervous feelings and boost personal confidence

·          Use body language and non-verbal communication skills

·          Handle difficult situations and hecklers promptly and professionally

When an opportunity arose to return home and open an office in
Cleveland he jumped at the chance. Scott then decided to further his already solid sales and communication skills by undergoing Sales Mastery at the NSA.

The office recently completed its first trading year and Scott was acknowledged the Queensland number 1 Selling Principal at the last quarterly awards, and the number 4 Queensland Principal at the recent annual awards.
